  • 1 Cutie orange, peeled
  • A small handful of spinach and kale, washed
  • 4 oz of water
  • A mix of frozen berries, pineapple, and 1/4 of a frozen banana
  • Your choice of protein powder
  • Nancy’s Yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)
  • Ice cubes
  • Additional water as needed


  1. In a blender, combine the peeled Cutie orange, spinach, kale, and water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add in the frozen berries, pineapple, banana, and a scoop of your chosen protein powder.
  3. Add a few spoonfuls of yogurt for a creamy texture.
  4. Blend again until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie has a consistent texture.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Add ice cubes and blend for a final time to chill the smoothie.
