Greek Yogurt Parfait. This parfait might be pretty, but it packs a powerful punch of protein, fiber, & probiotics.
- 1 Cup Fage’® or other organic Greek Yogurt(20-23g protein)
- Organic berries
- 1/3-1/2 Cup granola. New England Naturals Granola pictured. (10g protein)
I list the ingredients and measurements, but this is really according to how you like your parfait. Some people prefer more or less of each ingredient.
If you are going for presentation, use a 12oz Mason Jar and layer, beginning with granola. I used a teaspoon to put the yogurt into the container and a tablespoon to smooth out the yogurt. I also used a wet paper towel to wipe any yogurt that got on the sides of the jar.
