Super Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl comes from my easy do-it-yourself recipe. The best thing about smoothies is that you can add or subtract ingredients you desire and dislike. I made this smoothie for our son’s Super Bowl birthday. Enjoy.

Blend together

  • 4oz organic orange juice
  • 4oz organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop @jayrobbdietguru vanilla protein powder or @orgain dairy free protein powder
  • 1/2 organic frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup organic frozen tropical fruit
  • 1/2 cup ice

Toppings are unlimited

I often add greens, fiber, and collagen powder to smoothies. It’s a great way to sneak in some extra health food
