You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to a month. They are ideal for meal prep and on-the-go snacking.

Here is how you can make these monster energy bites in just 10 minutes:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of creamy nut butter (such as peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (vegan or whey)
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Chocolate chips (as many as you want)
  • Toasted coconut (optional)
  • Any other ingredients that you love

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nut butter, protein powder, maple syrup, and salt. You may need to use your hands to combine everything well. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed. If it is too dry, add more maple syrup. If it is too wet, add more oats or protein powder.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips and any other ingredients that you like. You can use a spoon, a spatula, or your hands to mix everything well.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. You should get about 24 balls, depending on the size.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. You can flatten them slightly if you prefer.
  5. Sprinkle some toasted coconut on top of the balls if you like. You can also drizzle some melted chocolate over them for extra decadence.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
