Here’s how to make it:
- In a high speed blender, add 4 ounces of almond milk, 2 scoops of protein powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of pure peppermint extract.
- Add one tablespoon of fiber and half a cup of fresh green spinach.
- Add four more ounces of almond milk, some ice and preblend.
- Then you can kick up a notch with some Green Watkins, all natural food coloring, and Catalina Crunch Mint cookie.
- Lend some more mint flavor with some fresh mint leaves.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp mini dark chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp peppermint extract
- 4-6 drops of green food coloring
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or leave the Cool Whip® out to add to the top after blending.
- Mix until desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass.
- If left out the Cool Whip®, go ahead and spoon it on top along with the fresh mint leaves (optional).
